Very Good
Staff, food and location
AC did not work when I arrived but was fixed a while after, room smelled old and moldy. Bathroom looked old and toilet had lots of rust but yet they claimed to be recently renovated? Staff was great but too attentive. If I walked the lobby I had about 10 staff rushing to greet me lol. Pillows are not good

The staff was the best, I have never experienced such worm caring people
When the room was clean, they replaced the water but not the coffee and cups. If they did one, then they wouldn't do the other. There was very limited on the creamer, I had to go out and purchase my own. Besides that everything was nice

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. They helped me with where I could go shopping I was able to purchase everything that I needed

when I get to the desk to talk to the person about my...
when I get to the desk to talk to the person about my reservation they were all rude. Never smile, they seemed to me that they hated their job. At one point , I was explaining the girl something about my reservation and she interrupted me so rude. I have to tell her just listen what I had to say!!! When we got to our room the lady was still cleaning the room, the smell of bleach was so strong, she did offer to pass the mop again to get rid of the smell but at that point I was too tired to put up with the rude staff downstairs .
